Well I have seen some competing sites for seocontest2008 having trouble because of being banned not on google but on the free hosted blog they use which is wordpress.com. We know the fact that wordpress blogs are banning sites with seo related content or being used in an seo contest.

There entries that at the start of the seocontest2008 that made already in the first page slot and now banned by wordpress. I already knew that somehow they will be banned but it seems entries don’t know this rule from wordpress. But it is not too late for the entries to consider shifting to a new entry.

Okay, it is time now for the battle after this blog got indexed by Google. We have a lot of things to do with this site in order to be on the frontpage. Watch how we compete on the competition.

Seocontest2008 don’t have a large price but good to see how other entries do their site optimization. Well if you have an authority site, just create a page then build few links and you are up.

So I still believe on domain or new hosted blog not on old established site. Nevertheless, this is just a game or how should I say it play MY game or play THEIR game?

Not yet indexed by big G so I have to wait to get indexed to start the battle for seocontest2008. SO far the result is going to 10K pages containing the term seocontest2008 with only few real entries to it. Well link builders are working.

This is just the first week and there are lost of things that can happen on the final stage so it is still no one’s game. Still have a lot of time do some seo newbies work. get your mouse, keyboard, hands and eyes glowing on this seocontest2008.

Currently as listed on the organizer site of this seocontest2008, they will close new entries when they will recieve around 300 participants. As of this writing, there is only 50 of them listed and registered.

Means there are still 250 registration left on to qualify. But I don’t think it will reach the 300 entries of this kind of contest. Even the previous seo world championship with a very generous price did not have that number of entries.

This is two months quest and still everyone’s game. Play fair and play right!

Just got a confirmation of my official seocontest2008 entry url changed from a free hosted blogspot blog to this tld. This domain was given by Benj also joining the seocontest2008 that will end two months from now.

It is exciting to see that some other webmaster are already claiming that they will easy get the position on at google with the term.
